  2. Discovery Call We chat briefly about your session, what you’re hoping for, and any important details. This helps us make sure we’re aligned on expectations. 

  3. Proposal Sent I’ll send a proposal outlining your session details, pricing, and options. You’ll be able to review everything in one place. 

  4. Contract Signed Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign the contract to officially reserve your session. 

  5. Deposit Paid Your session fee is paid, and your date is officially booked. 

  6. Session Planning We’ll finalize the vision for your session. I’ll create a simple plan and upload it to your project so you can review it anytime. 

  7. Session Day We meet for your session. Expectations are clear, everything is prepared, and you can simply enjoy the experience. 

  8. Editing I begin light editing and color correction to prepare your proofs. 

  9. Proofs Delivered You’ll receive a proof gallery where you can select your favorite images. 

  10. Final Editing I fully edit your selected images, removing distractions and refining lighting for a polished final look. 

  11. Gallery Delivered Your final edited gallery is delivered. You can download your images, share them, and order prints if you’d like. 

  12. Project Closed Once everything is delivered and complete, your project is closed. You’ll still have access to your gallery for the duration listed in your proposal.
